I just bought my tickets, and am told This pass has reached its theme park reservations limit. Help1

Hi John – I hope you are doing well today!

I appreciate you coming to the planDisney Panel with your question. My Spidey-senses are telling me I may know the issue, so hopefully, I can help.

If you purchased your tickets directly through the Disneyland Resort website, you would have been asked to select a date or dates of visit during the purchase. That action was you already securing your theme park reservations simultaneously with your purchase. Therefore, the website is telling you that you may have reached your theme park reservation limit because you already booked your reservation.

You can verify and modify any of your theme park reservations by visiting My Reservations and signing in with your Disneyland Account information. Once signed in, you can scroll down to view the current reservations.

I hope you have a great time at the Disneyland Resort and don’t forget to check out the new attraction, WEB SLINGERS: A Spiderman Adventure, while at the resort. This interactive ride allows you to help control the Spider-Bots that are wreaking havoc all over (plus, it’s a ton of fun).
