Hi Teke! Welcome to planDisney!
I'm so excited to hear that you're making plans to visit
Walt Disney World Resort! Can you believe that it's only a few more sleeps away?! I have to imagine you're feeling a bit like Cinderella waiting for the clock to strike midnight! But oh bother, I'm sorry to hear you're having difficulty making all of your Theme Park Reservations. Let's see if we can turn this pumpkin of a problem back into a carriage!
- First, let's confirm your Theme Park Tickets. Log into your account online, hover your mouse over the My Disney Experience tab, and click the option that says My Plans. Scroll down past My Plans, Reservations and Tickets and click over to "Tickets & Memory Maker." Here, you'll be able to view all of your tickets at a glance! Make sure that you see the correct number of tickets assigned to the right people in your travel party. If tickets were purchased for both you and your husband, you should see this reflected here.
- Next, take a look at which Theme Park Reservations you've already made through the Disney Park Pass system. Click back over to "Daily Itinerary" and take a peek at each day of your trip. Note how many Theme Park Reservations you've made and if it's for the same number of tickets that you have. The names of the people in your travel party should be listed underneath. If it appears as though you still have more Theme Park Reservations to make, let's keep going!
- Since you've been getting a message saying that you may not make more than one Disney Park Pass per day, make sure you aren't trying to make a Theme Park Reservation for the same day! Be sure that you select a new date on the calendar to make your next Theme Park Reservation. If your husband already has a Theme Park Reservation for one day and you do not, you'll want to make sure that you only select your name when trying to add your own Theme Park Reservation.
- If these steps weren't able to help you make your Theme Park Reservations, my next best piece of advice would be to reach out to a Cast Member. They will be happy to help you make sure your Theme Park Reservations are secured for each day of your trip! If you decide to call a Cast Member, try to call right when the phone lines open at 7:00 AM EST since their type of magic can sometimes be in high demand. Be sure to have your confirmation number handy so the Cast Member can quickly locate your reservation!
Teke, once you've made all of your Theme Park Reservations, I'd recommend taking some time to download the
My Disney Experience app prior to your trip! You can explore everything that this app has to offer so you're ready to use it while on vacation. A little like holding a magic wand in your hand, you'll be able to check wait times for attractions, view park maps, and even
mobile order food. This is a great way to minimize waits and maximize the fun!
