    I bought my tickets and they show up in my mobile app. However, I never received an email confirmation with the ID numbers. I can’t continue linking or making reservations until I have the ID number. Help!!

    Hi Lauren and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for sending us your planning question about your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! 

    I’m so sorry you’re having trouble with your tickets. If your theme park tickets are already linked to your My Disney Experience account, sign on to verify they are linked to your account by clicking on “My Plans” then click on “Park Tickets.” You can then try to make Disney Park Pass Reservations by using that same task bar and selecting “Park Reservations.”

    If you are able to make your reservations, you will be all set! If you’re still having issues, I suggest reaching out to a Cast Member by calling (407) 934-7639. 

    Please don’t worry, because you have plenty of time to get your vacation plans in order. Did you know that you can start making your dining reservations 60 days before your magical visit? Start browsing all the new dining experiences available to you for “The World’s Most Magical Celebration.” I loved Steakhouse 71 at Disney’s Contemporary Resort. My steak was cooked to order, and the homemade dipping sauces were delicious!
