I bought tickets from Sam's club and need to connect it to my Disney experience. How do I do this?

    Caroline,

Thanks for asking your question to planDisney!

Linking your park tickets to your My Disney Experience account is as easy as 1-2-3!

Start by visiting the Walt Disney World website and hover over "My Disney Experience" from the top menu, at the far right. In that drop-down menu, select "My Plans". You should see a series of circles lined up horizontally, one each for different kinds of reservations. Hover over the "Park Tickets" circle and then click on the "Link Tickets" button that pops up. Enter your confirmation number and it will add it to your plans.

Note that these are the same steps you would follow if you have hotel or dining reservations to link as well.

    BONUS TIP #1
When you are going through the steps to link your tickets, there is a page that shows you where you can find your ticket ID number on various kinds of physical ticket cards. Depending on how Sam's Club provided you with your ticket information, you should be able to find those ticket numbers from there.

    BONUS TIP #2
Getting all this information into your account before your trip will help make your visit more seamless once you arrive. The My Disney Experience App on your smartphone will help you easily navigate the magical worlds that lie ahead. Park tickets, hotel reservations, special event passes, and so much more is delivered to you, in real-time, as you enjoy the parks.

    BONUS TIP #3
If you are staying at a Disney resort hotel, it is from this same My Disney Experience account that you can use the Online Check-In feature. You can check in to your resort room before arriving. This will help ensure your account is set up properly for charging, among other things. They will even text you your room number when it is ready! At that time, you can even make some requests related to your room type. Those can vary by resort but can include things like requesting a ground-floor room, a room near the lobby, and so on.

Please feel free to write me back directly if you have any follow-up questions.

    Have a Magical Vacation!
