I bought 2 tickets (pre-COVID) to use in 2020. With the park being closed all last year and some of this year, I would like to exchange these for future tickets, but they are no longer available when logged into my account. How can I find them or exchange?

Hi Sophia and welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question about the Disneyland Resort!

I have good news! The Disneyland Resort has extended expiration dates for their theme park tickets. Non-promotional single-day tickets that expire on March 31, 2021, will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021. Wholly unused, non-promotional multi-day tickets that expire on January 12, 2021, or April 13, 2021, will have the expiration date extended to December 16, 2021

To see if your theme park ticket has automatically been extended, link your ticket to your Disney account again. If the ticket has not been extended, you can still use the amount you paid for the ticket, toward the purchase of a new theme park ticket.

Sophia, you can always call (714) 781-4636 to speak to a Cast Member on the Ticket Services team for more help.

I hope this information is helpful. If you have any other planning questions, you can always come back to see us!
