I bought tickets for both parks for 2 days but had to cancel our reservation due to a death in the family. How long do I have to use the tickets before they expire. I bought them via Disney website.

    Hiya Michael,

Welcome back to planDisney! Thank you for submitting your question to us.

I am so sorry for your loss. Whenever I think of loss, I remember this quote: “When you lose someone you love, they never really leave you. They move into a special place in your heart”. I’m sure your loved one is with you and will be there whenever you think of them.

As far as your theme park tickets go, any unused tickets are valid as long as they were not scanned into the parks. One-day tickets are valid through December 30, 2025, and multi-day tickets are valid through January 12, 2026 (or 13 days after first use, whichever comes first). You will need to make new park reservations for your visit, but the theme park tickets should remain valid until their expiration dates. You can check the Theme Park Reservation Calendar for park reservation availability before scheduling your next visit.
