Hello, I bought tickets for a park and made the reservations but I don’t have any tickets in my mail nor in the app. Did I have to do something else after the reservations or I simply just get to the park and give my reservation number?

Welcome to planDisney, Pamela! I'm so happy to know that you're busy planning your next visit to the Disneyland Resort! Thanks for sending us your question.

It sounds like the next step you should take is to sign in to your Disney account and use your reservation number to link your valid tickets. Your confirmation email may have also included a link to "Access Your eTickets." The link will take you to the Disneyland Resort website where you can also print out the eTickets. All done!

If you purchased park hopper tickets you can start enjoying your second park as early as 1 p.m. It's an awesome option to have if you have "must-do" attractions you like to enjoy at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park!

Pamela, I hope this information is helpful to you. Please feel free to come back to see us here or at planDisney en Español if you have any more planning questions. It's always our pleasure to help you with all the details of your next magical visit!
