Welcome to planDisney, Richard! We are glad you brought your question to us today.
At this time, in an effort to manage theme park attendance, all Guests ages 3 and up must have a
Disney Park Pass reservation as well as valid
theme park admission in order to enter a theme park. Since you mentioned that you were already able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations for Magic Kingdom Park, your tickets should already be linked to your
My Disney Experience account.
The
My Disney Experience mobile app should reflect the same ticket information that can be viewed on the My Disney Experience website. To view your tickets in the app, select the menu in the lower right corner of the home screen, and then "Tickets and Passes". If your tickets are not showing there, select the blue "plus" button at the top of the screen. You should be able to enter your order number or ticket confirmation number from your purchase confirmation email even without having physical tickets.
If you just recently purchased your tickets online, it may take a little while for them to show up in your account. If you still cannot view your tickets in your account after 24 hours, I would
give the helpful My Disney Experience team a call at (407) 939-4357.
Richard, I am wishing you a wonderful visit during
The World's Most Magical Celebration. Please stop by planDisney again with any additional questions you may have.
