I bought tickets for a one day pass. But it won’t link to my account to make a reservation! Why can’t I link my account to make a park reservation once I have already purchased tickets?

    Heigh-Ho Krissa,

Welcome to planDisney, we are a group of Guests with a wealth of Disney knowledge and Disney travel experience which we are happy to share with our Fellow Guests. Your My Disney Experience account is your vacation hub and here is where Guests will use their Confirmation Number or Ticket ID-Number to link and assign their tickets.

I am hoping by the time you read my response you were able to link your Walt Disney World tickets. Sometimes, it takes a bit of time for Guests' newly purchased tickets to sync up and become available to link. However, if you are still unable to link them to your account it is time to speak to a Cast Member with some tech-savvy magic to solve this conundrum. Feel free to call (407) 939-4357 beginning at 7:00 a.m. EST. I suggest calling as early as you can because Cast Members are experiencing a high call volume.

Again, I am hoping some Faith, Trust and Pixie Dust has been sprinkled your way and you have been able to make your Disney Park Pass reservations and are planning away for your Practically Perfect Day. Thank you for visiting us and may The Holiday Season be filled with Disney Magic to last a lifetime.

    Have a Magical Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
