I have bought tickets and they are not linked to the Disney Account. When buying the tickets, the Magic Kingdom was available, but now the availability calendar shows booked out. I cannot make any park reservation at all as the tickets are still not linked

    Hello, Lukas! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm so excited to hear that you're headed to Walt Disney World Resort soon! You'll be able to enjoy The Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration before its final day on March 31, 2023, and the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival will be in full bloom by the time you arrive. But before we can get you into the parks, let's talk about your theme park reservations!

Lukas, I'm sorry to hear you've been having difficulty making your theme park reservations. First, we'll want to make sure that your tickets have been linked to your My Disney Experience account. To do this, head to the Link Reservations and Purchases page. Type in the ID Number for each ticket, then click "Next" to assign each to a Guest in your travel party. Once your tickets have been linked, go ahead and make your theme park reservations with the Disney Park Pass system!

I understand that, at the time of this writing, a couple of the parks may not be available to book when looking at the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar. I'd recommend scheduling your park days so that you'll be able to visit each park when they're available. You could also consider upgrading your tickets to include the Park Hopper Option! This way, you can make a theme park reservation for one park in the morning, then "hop" to another park after 2:00 p.m. (depending on park capacity) without needing a reservation for the second park. This is a great way to maximize the magic during your trip!

If your tickets have been linked to your My Disney Experience account, you can try to upgrade your tickets to include the Park Hopper Option through the My Disney Experience app! All you need to do is tap the icon that looks like three stacked lines ≡ in the bottom right corner, then tap Tickets and Passes. Tap on each ticket you'd like to upgrade, then tap "Change Ticket." Follow the steps to complete your purchase!

Of course, if you need more assistance with any of the above steps, you can always call a friendly Cast Member! They will be happy to look at your reservations and help you with any available next steps. And if you have any other questions, please write back to us again!

You've got a friend in me!
