    i bought tickets - got no email confirmation - and I don't have my bands

    Welcome to planDisney, Timothy, and thanks for coming to the Panel with your question! I know you must be looking forward to your visit to Walt Disney World Resort this month.

    I'm sorry to hear you did not receive a confirmation email for your theme park tickets. You've probably done so, but be sure to check your junk/spam/other folder because sometimes they end UP in the wrong place. Like Wilderness Explorer Russell, a Walt Disney World Cast Member will be eager to help you locate your theme park tickets. To speak with a Cast Member today, call (407) 566-4985. You also have the option of emailing ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com about your tickets.

    Once you get your park tickets, you'll need to make a theme park reservation through the Disney Park Pass system. Currently, all Guests ages 3 and older must have a park reservation to enter any of the theme parks. There is a "Know Before You Go" video online that shows Guests exactly how to make a park reservation.
