Hi there, Michaeline!
Michaeline, the first thing that I want to tell you is that
Disney Park Pass system reservations are updated in real-time. So even if there is no availability for your dates at the moment, keep checking! As people cancel their plans, or as Disney releases new reservations, you may be able to snag one. You can quickly check park pass availability through the handy-dandy
availability calendar. Tickets are non-refundable, however, the value that you paid is NEVER lost. So if you choose to, you can save them for use at a later date. The only caveat is that you may be subject to the price difference between the cost of your ticket and the cost of a ticket on your new dates.
Michaeline, if you are wanting to cancel a hotel and vacation package, you can easily do so through your
My Disney Experience Account. With the "Book with Confidence" Policy, all Disney-imposed change and cancellation fees are waived up until the day before check-in if your vacation is before April 30th of 2021!
I hope that this answered your question, Michaeline. Please come back here to planDisney if we can help with anything else.
Remember, adventure is out there!
