Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Tina Marie!
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party is one of my favorite annual traditions at
Walt Disney World Resort. I definitely understand wanting to
make dining reservations before the Party officially gets underway, but unless you have a
Walt Disney World Resort Annual Pass or a
Theme Park ticket for
Magic Kingdom Park that day, you’ll need to make that reservation after 4 p.m. (which will be the earliest you’ll be able to enter Magic Kingdom Park if you only have your Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party ticket).
I would recommend continuing to use your
My Disney Experience account online or via the
My Disney Experience mobile app to see if something will become available after 4 p.m. Oftentimes, Guests will modify their dining reservations up to one or two days prior to their arrival (depending on the restaurant’s cancellation policy), so you might be able to find something at the last minute. I’ve also had success booking the reservation spot I could get initially and then modifying it to a more suitable time the closer we’ve gotten to our arrival date.
Should your dining plans not work out, though, never fear! With multiple quick-service restaurants offering
Mobile Food & Beverage Ordering, I’m confident you’ll be able to score a delicious meal with a minimal wait.
Enjoy your visit to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Tina Marie! Stop by
Tortuga Tavern and have a snowman-shaped pretzel and a snocone for me.
