I bought 5 tickets this morning for October. I followed the directions to link the tickets and add them my wallet. But I’m only seeing 2 of the 5 tickets in my app and wallet even though I definitely bought five. I the email confirmation. Any ideas?

Howdy Melinda! I love it when a fellow Texan stops by planDisney with a question for us!

Visiting Walt Disney World Resort in October is fa-boo-lous! There’s nothing like strolling down Main Street, U.S.A. with a pumpkin-spiced drink from Main Street Bakery and finding Mickey-shaped pumpkins scattered around Magic Kingdom Park! You’re going to have so much fun!

But before I get carried away, let’s figure out what’s going on with linking your theme park tickets. Since you’ve already checked to see if all the tickets were under Tickets and Passes in your My Disney Experience Mobile App, I went ahead and called a Cast Member at My Disney Experience and was told you should give them a call or select the Chat feature to speak to a friendly Cast Member who can look into your account to assist you further.

I have no doubt they’ll be able to help get all your tickets sorted out so you can begin thinking about all the fun adventures you’ll have, like which attractions you’d like to experience or the delectable delights you’ll try! While planning, be sure to check out planDisney’s Instagram account, where you can find lots of tips for your magical vacation!

Wishing you an enchanting visit, Melinda!
