    i bought tickets this morning and i made the reservations for the parks for the end of this month, but I have not received an confirmation email nor the tickets. how can i make sure the reservations are set and that we are good to go?

    Your theme park tickets and park reservations can be found in the My Plans section of My Disney Experience. When you sign in to My Disney Experience or open the My Disney Experience app, the My Plans page will have any current park tickets, theme park, hotel, or dining reservations.

    If you go through these steps, Grethel, and still have trouble locating your park tickets or reservations, a Walt Disney World Cast Member will be able to assist you. To speak with a Cast Member, call (407) 566-4985 or email ticket.inquiries@disneyworld.com

    I'm sure you are looking forward to visiting Walt Disney World Resort later this month.
