Boo to You, Kerri!
I'm frightfully delighted to welcome you to planDisney, (not-so) foolish mortal. It looks like your spooktacular visit is just a skip, hop, and jump away...almost close enough to hear the happy haunts materializing! You must be excited as you prepare for all the grim, grinning fun that awaits. So, before the clock strikes 13, let's float right into your question and make sure your plans are as delightfully spirited as a ride along the stretching hallway of the Haunted Mansion!
It sounds like you need to link your
Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tickets to your My Disney Experience account. There are a couple of ways to do this, and I'll walk you through both. The first option is to link your tickets using the
My Disney Experience app. Here's how it works:
- Open the app and tap the menu icon (the "≡" icon at the bottom right side of the screen).
- Select "My Tickets & Passes."
- Tap on the "+" symbol in the top-right corner and choose "Link Tickets & Passes."
- Enter the ID number located in your confirmation email.
- Follow the on-screen prompts and make sure to select the correct person from your Family & Friends List so the ticket links to the right Guest.
The second option is to link your tickets through your
My Disney Experience account online. Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your account.
- Hover over "Park Tickets" and select "Link Tickets."
- Enter the ID number from your confirmation email.
- Follow the prompts and be sure to choose the correct Guest from your Family & Friends List so the ticket links properly.
If you run into any trouble during the process,
reach out directly to a Disney Cast Member for assistance. They'll be more than happy to help!
Keri, you're going to have an absolute blast at the party! I was just there a few days ago, and it's always such a great experience. If any other questions materialize,
hurrrrry baaaack to planDisney. We're always dead set on answering!
It's really not-so scary!
