    We bought tickets for a may 2020 vacation that got canceled by the park closing. Our ticket will be turned into vouchers on 9.27.21. We need them to be turned into vouchers so we can book our 12.25.21 thru 1.3.22 vacation

    Best News EVER! You are finally returning to Walt Disney World after a long but necessary delay and we are excited to Welcome You Home. It seems you are aware, Guests with tickets impacted by the park’s closure purchased through June 6, 2020, with a valid use period beginning March 12, 2020, or later, will automatically be extended to use any date through September 26, 2021. Guests who are unable to visit by then are able to take the value of their tickets and use them towards the purchase of new tickets for an upcoming Walt Disney World vacation. In order to do this, Guests should call (407) 566-4985 and speak to a Cast Member to assist. 

    You are visiting during a very special time, with the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Walt Disney World in full swing and the parks decked with holiday festivities, this trip is sure to be a magical and memorable one.
