I bought tickets for magic kindom for may 22nd on april 13th. I made my reservation for the park through the app and now it does not show that I have a reservation and it will not allow me to select that day

Hi, Rhys! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to see us with your question.

Oh, no! It sounds like one of the Disney villains might have wreaked havoc on your Walt Disney World plans. But don't worry...whether it's Maleficent or Ursula, the villains are no match for the heroes!

Okay, let's start with your My Disney Experience app. If you click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen, and then on "My Plans," your Disney Park Pass reservations would be there in date order. If you're not seeing them, you might try restarting your phone, or checking to make sure you have the latest update for the app.

Another possibility if you still don't see your reservations in the app is to try logging in to your account on a computer. My friend and fellow panelist Tabitha had an issue with her plans showing up in one place but not the other, and vice versa. To check, let's go to the Walt Disney World website and click on the blue "Sign In or Create Account" link above the menu bar to log in. Then, if you hover your mouse over the "My Disney Experience" logo below and just to the right of that, you can choose "My Plans" from the drop down menu. Scroll down a bit to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and any reservations you've made will be there, again in date order.

Hopefully, one of these methods will coax your reservations out of hiding, but if they're still not there, you can call Disney's Guest Relations at the number labeled "Website Support." A Cast Member will be able to take a look at your account and see what might have gone wrong.

I hope this helps banish those villains for good, Rhys! Please be sure to come back and see us again if you have any more questions!

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
