Hi, Rhys! Welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by to see us with your question.
Oh, no! It sounds like one of the Disney villains might have wreaked havoc on your Walt Disney World plans. But don't worry...whether it's Maleficent or Ursula, the villains are no match for the heroes!
Okay, let's start with your
My Disney Experience app. If you click on the three little horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of the screen, and then on "My Plans," your
Disney Park Pass reservations would be there in date order. If you're not seeing them, you might try restarting your phone, or checking to make sure you have the latest update for the app.
Another possibility if you still don't see your reservations in the app is to try logging in to your account on a computer. My friend and fellow panelist Tabitha
had an issue with her plans showing up in one place but not the other, and vice versa. To check, let's go to the
Walt Disney World website and click on the blue "Sign In or Create Account" link above the menu bar to log in. Then, if you hover your mouse over the "My Disney Experience" logo below and just to the right of that, you can choose "My Plans" from the drop down menu. Scroll down a bit to "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets," and any reservations you've made will be there, again in date order.
Hopefully, one of these methods will coax your reservations out of hiding, but if they're still not there, you can
call Disney's Guest Relations at the number labeled "Website Support." A Cast Member will be able to take a look at your account and see what might have gone wrong.
I hope this helps banish those villains for good, Rhys! Please be sure to come back and see us again if you have any more questions!
Keep Disney Dreaming,
Kathy K.
