I booked a trip in March. Received my confirmation code and immediately reserved tickets for Hollywood studios on May 5 and Magic Kingdom on May 6. Now my Hollywood studios isn’t showing up in My Plan. 😭

    Hi Amy! Welcome to planDisney!

Your trip is almost here! It sounds like you have done your research and been on top of your planning. Let’s get busy tracking down those reservations!

I have had issues with my plans not showing up before and I know exactly how it feels when you don’t see your hard work displayed! In my case, it was a glitch with the computer system and when it disappeared from either the desktop view on the Walt Disney World website or the My Disney Experience mobile app, it would still show up on the other one. First, check both to see if it still shows up on either device.

If not, you will want to call Guest Services at (407) 566-4985 and speak with a Cast Member right away! Hopefully, they can still see your plans and reassure you that all is well, or help get your Disney Park Pass reservations back up for you.

I hope everything is back in place for you soon, Amy! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
