MagicBand+ on Friends; Main Street; pairing

    I have bought tickets but have linked them to the wrong Disney account. I have 2. Unfortunately I linked to the one which doesn’t have our magic bands on. As I can’t transfer the magic bands is there anyway to transfer tickets to correct account?

    Let's see if we can resolve this situation for you so that you can get onto the more exciting parts of planning for a visit to Walt Disney World.

    Firstly, it is sometimes possible to reassign tickets in the My Tickets & Passes section of the My Disney Experience App.

    If this doesn't work, my best advice would be to contact Technical Support who I am sure will be able to sprinkle a little pixie dust and move the tickets to the correct account. I have spoken to Technical Support several times over the years and they have never failed to solve any problem that I have had.

    I'll keep my fingers crossed, Barry, that your tickets will be able to be moved to the Disney Account which holds your Magic Bands.
