Let's see if we can resolve this situation for you so that you can get onto the more exciting parts of planning for a visit to
Walt Disney World.
Firstly, it is sometimes possible to reassign tickets in the My Tickets & Passes section of the
My Disney Experience App.
If this doesn't work, my best advice would be to
contact Technical Support who I am sure will be able to sprinkle a little pixie dust and move the tickets to the correct account. I have spoken to Technical Support several times over the years and they have never failed to solve any problem that I have had.
I'll keep my fingers crossed, Barry, that your tickets will be able to be moved to the Disney Account which holds your Magic Bands.
