I bought my tickets on line before you offered online Florida Resident Verification. Can I verify residences on line now, or do I need to go to ticket window/will-call.

    Hey there, hi there, Audrey!

I want to extend a warm welcome to you at planDisney. We’re so glad you stopped by with your question.

YAY for magical trips to Walt Disney World Resort! I see you’re set to arrive during The World’s Most Magical Celebration, and I am so excited for you! This 18-month event kicks off October 1st, and I cannot wait to see all the dazzling decor and our favorite pals decked out in their EARidescent gEAR.

Audrey, the verification of Florida residency can be done while purchasing theme park tickets or in person. Since you’ve already purchased your tickets, you would have to verify your residence in person. As you know, you can do this with a friendly Cast Member at the ticket windows, located at the entrance of each park, or the Guest Relations in Disney Springs. Either way, being a neighbor of Mickey Mouse sure does have its perks! I love all the Special Tickets, Passes, and Offers available to Florida Residents!

We can’t wait to welcome you to the magic, Audrey! Please do be sure to make your Disney Park Pass reservations, as they are required along with tickets, to enter the theme parks.

    Have an enchanting visit!
