Hi there, Julie! Thanks for coming to planDisney with your question!
I'm sorry your friend is having trouble locating your tickets in his account. When guests are having trouble with
My Disney Experience, I usually suggest switching from the app to the Walt Disney World website on your desktop or laptop (or vice versa). Then, try changing browsers. For example, if using Safari, use Chrome instead. Lastly, clear out your browsing history. The Walt Disney World website uses Web browser cookies (these are nowhere near as delicious as Gideon's Cookies), and if you don't clear them from time to time, it can cause error messages. Then, have him go to the
"Link Your Tickets and Purchases" page on the Walt Disney World website and follow the directions to link your tickets.
If none of these tips work, you'll need to call
Website Support at (407) 939-4357. It's possible that the tickets are already linked but are not showing up. They can take a look at your friend's email account to see where the tickets are located. Phone wait times have improved lately, but I still recommend calling in the morning when they open at 7 AM EST.
I hope this helps you get your theme park tickets squared away, Julie! Schedule some time during your upcoming trip to visit the
EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival. Some of my fellow panelists have dropped in this week to sample the Global Marketplaces, so follow
planDisney's official Instagram account for their reviews!
