    HI I just bought my tickets and I said the first day we would like to enter the parks was June 20th. It should have been June 19th. How do I change that?

    I see you followed Peter Pan and the Lost Boys through Neverland and found planDisney along the way. I’m so glad you’re here and would be happy to help.

    Chris, you can easily change the date on the tickets you purchased within your My Disney Experience account in the mobile app or on a browser, as long as you do so before the original start date of the tickets. Keep in mind you will have to pay for any price difference between the two dates when you do, if applicable.

    • In the My Disney Experience mobile app: Click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right corner of your home screen and select "Tickets and Passes" from the options. When you find your ticket, you should see the option to modify it.
    • From a browser: Go to your "My Plans" page and scroll down to the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. Click on "Tickets & Memory Maker" to view your ticket. When you click on your ticket, you should see an option to change the date.
    If you encounter any issues when modifying the dates on your tickets, call (407) 560-2428 for assistance from a friendly Cast Member. Once everything’s sorted out, don’t forget to make your Theme Park Reservations as soon as possible.
