I bought tickets for me and 5 of my family members, but I manage all of their accounts in the app. There's another family member that just joined the group and I would like her to manage all of the accounts. How can I give her the permission to do it?

    Welcome to planDisney, Ana!

I have been in a similar situation myself, having to transfer planning between family members, and I am more than happy to tell you what worked for me.

If you haven't already, the first thing that you will want to do is to connect with your family member through your Family & Friends list on your My Disney Experience account

Once you are logged in, navigate to your avatar at the top righthand side of the screen. From the drop-down list, click "Family & Friends." Scroll to the bottom of the page and create a new family member with their details. Once you enter their email address, you will be able to send them an invitation to connect with you.

Ana, If the members of your family are all adults, connecting this way will allow you to plan for everyone, so long as the ticket holders do not have an additional My Disney Experience account. If they do have an additional account, you will need to send them an invitation to connect, as well.

You will run into problems if any members of your group are minors. You see, a minor's plans in My Disney Experience can not be shared, so any younger Mouseketeers will have to be transferred to your family member manually by a Cast Member from Website Support. You can reach out to them by calling (407) 939-4357

Wishing you a magical trip, Ana!
