I bought 8 tickets for me and my family and when I go online or in my Disney experience app they don’t all show up. Also 3of those people will be in a resort with me and not all of those people show as that. What do I need to do?

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Yashar! I’m happy to see that you’re busy planning your next visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. Don’t worry! We’ll help you get everything sorted out!

The first thing I would try to do is go your computer and follow the instructions on this official Disney web page to link all of those theme park tickets. Make sure you assign a ticket to everyone who will be staying with you at your Disney Resort hotel first and make sure that they are linked to your reservation. Then assign the other tickets.

Once the family members who will be staying with you are on your reservation, you can go ahead and personalize their MagicBands so that they can be ready to be shipped to your home in Florida before your vacation.

Did you know that your MagicBand will also act as the key to your resort room? They are complimentary, convenient and just one of the benefits of staying within the magic!

If linking the tickets still doesn’t work, you can always call (407) 566-4985 to speak to a friendly Cast Member. I find that a quick phone call can resolve almost any problem I’m having with theme park tickets, my Disney Resort hotel reservation or really anything involving my vacation.

Yashar, I hope I’ve been able to help. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to come back to see us. Helping you with the details of your next magical visit is our pleasure!
