    I bought 6 tickets to Disneyland but my account only shows 5.

    Hi Kathy,

    It sounds like one of your tickets is missing from the Disneyland Mobile App. I have a couple of suggestions on what you can do.

    My first suggestion is to double-check your purchase included six tickets. It’s possible the issue occurred during payment. If you look at your purchase and notice that only five tickets were bought, you will need to purchase the last one separately. If you did pay for six tickets, you might want to refer to your confirmation email and try re-linking the tickets to the app. And lastly, if neither of the above resolves your issue, you may contact a Cast Member via phone for further assistance.

    I am sorry to hear about this little hiccup, but I hope this does not rain on your Main Street Electrical Parade. Speaking off… did you know the Main Street Electrical Parade is making its return to Disneyland Park on April 22, 2022? Well, it is, and it is a fun nighttime activity – I hope you have a chance to catch it during your trip.
