It sounds like one of your tickets is missing from the
Disneyland Mobile App. I have a couple of suggestions on what you can do.
My first suggestion is to double-check your purchase included six tickets. It’s possible the issue occurred during payment. If you look at your purchase and notice that only five tickets were bought, you will need to purchase the last one separately. If you did pay for six tickets, you might want to refer to your confirmation email and try re-linking the tickets to the app. And lastly, if neither of the above resolves your issue, you may contact a
Cast Member via phone for further assistance.
