Hello there, Karin! Welcome to planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and asking your wonderful Disneyland Resort vacation question!
We are all so excited to see that
Disneyland Resort is reopening to the public and inviting Guests back into the magic! Guests will not be able to visit Disneyland Park, Disney California Adventure Park, Downtown Disney District, and Disney’s Grand Californian Hotel & Spa! At this time, only California Residents will be able to visit both theme parks according to state guidelines. Additionally, there may be some changes you may notice during your upcoming visit. Some of these include enhanced cleaning procedures across the property, temporary adjustments to promote physical distancing, and modified experiences to reduce contact.
Theme Park tickets may be transferred between Guests as long as they have not been used yet. This means you should have no problem “transferring” your other ticket to your daughter when the time comes. You can either do this by reaching out to the
Tickets phone line prior to your visit or you can stop by a
Guest Services location upon arrival. With either of these options, a helpful Cast Member will assist you in correcting the name on the ticket!
It is also important to keep in mind that you will need
theme park reservations before your anticipated travel dates! Reservations may be made as soon as you have purchased your theme park tickets. It is also recommended that you check the
availability of theme park reservations frequently as reservations can fill up quickly!
Best of luck as you continue planning your visit to Disneyland Resort! Please let us know if we can provide any additional assistance!
