I bought tickets for my daughter and friend. Didn't have his last name. Will he still be able to get in on 5/27/2021. I don't know how to update the name.

Best Mom Ever! We here at planDisney are excited to throw open the gates and Welcome Guests back home to Disneyland. And we are even more thrilled to finally be entertaining Guests’ vacation planning questions.

As Disneyland continues to move forward following the guidelines administered by the CDC and the State of California it is important your daughter and her friend read the Returning to a Land of Magic page before arrival. At the moment only residents of California are able to make Park Reservations and may be required to show proof of residency upon entrance. And while I do not foresee a problem with his last name not being on the ticket, just be sure he has some proof of residency to show. However, if you have time, you can call (714) 781-4636 and speak to a Cast Member about updating the name on the ticket. Or if you have the Disneyland mobile app simply tap on the menu button in the lower right-hand corner, scroll down and select Chat with Us. Enter the ticket ID number you need to update and use this chat feature to speak with a Cast Member about changing.

I know your daughter and her Guest will have a magical and memorable time and if we can be of any further assistance feel free to ask us at planDisney.

    Have a Practically Perfect Day,

    Amy M.

Meet the Panelist: Amy, Virginia

I am a Dreamer who has always believed dreams are meant to be the path to your future. Walt Disney, I believe, felt the same way, "All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them." Disney has always been proof that endless imagination and the passion to make them come to fruition is possible. I will never be to old for Disney, it is home to all of us Dreamers.
