Hello Tyler,
Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. I’m sorry that your family has a change of plans and that you are unable to attend
Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at
Magic Kingdom Park.
Though Special Event Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable, you can change the date of your special event ticket as long as another date is available, or you can apply the value of the unused Special Event Ticket to the purchase of a future Special Event. So, if needed, you could apply the value to a future
Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party or Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.
One thing to keep in mind is that if the price of the new ticket is more than your original ticket, you will pay the difference. If the price is lower, you will not receive a refund of the difference. You will need to
call an Existing Ticket Cast Member to help you with your ticket process.
Tyler, I hope that you will be able to visit
Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays in the future. There is nothing quite like seeing each of the parks and the
Disney Resorts Collection hotels decorated in their holiday finest. One of my favorite events is the
EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays Presented by AdventHealth and the
Candlelight Processional is not to be missed!
Remember what Peter Pan says, all you need is faith, trust and pixie dust. All of us here at planDisney are sending you and your family an extra dose of pixie dust in the days ahead.
