I just bought tickets and can’t make reservations. Please help!!

Hello, Judy! Please allow me to be the first to welcome you to planDisney and thank you for sharing your question with us. You've come to the right place because we LOVE helping our fellow Guests plan their most magical vacation memories!

I'm so sorry to hear you're having trouble with the theme park reservation system and that it might be causing a bit of distress. But, I feel confident we can figure this out, together! First, Judy, it is very possible that you have already confirmed your theme park reservations at the same time you made your ticket purchase. That is because the official Disneyland Resort webpage uses a single system to secure both of these important elements to your visit in the same, easy set of steps! So, let's walk through how you might verify this.

First, be sure you are logged in to your Disney account and then navigate to the "My Plans" section of the official Disneyland Resort webpage. There, you should see any currently held reservations confirmed for the tickets linked to your account. If you haven't yet linked your tickets, you can use the "Link Tickets" page to manually enter the eTicket ID number you received in your email confirmation. I'll also share a few more tips on how to link tickets, here.

Now, Judy, if your "My Plans" section already displays the theme park reservations for all members of your travel party for the dates you plan to visit, then you are all set to go enjoy the magic awaiting you at Disneyland Resort! If you don't see your visit dates listed there, then you should go ahead and use the Ticket and Reservation Details page to make those reservations. Since you already have a ticket purchase, you can select the option "Make or Modify Theme Park Reservations" and then follow the prompts to confirm those reservations for your upcoming dates.

I hope one of these options proves to be a solution for you, Judy. But, in the event you are still having trouble navigating this process, please feel welcome to call a Cast Member using the Tickets line and request assistance with your park reservations. They can access your account directly and would be happy to help.

I wish you unforgettable memories during your next trip to 'The Happiest Place on Earth.' If we can share any other personal advice or recommendations to make your visit extra special, please don't hesitate to reach out to planDisney again.

    Magically yours,
    Tishra
