I'm sorry to hear you've had some challenges in linking your purchased ticket to your Disney account. I'll be happy to share some tips on how to do this and what might be the next steps if those problems persist.
If you wish to link a purchased ticket to your account through the Disneyland website, make sure you are logged into your Disney account and then use the
Link Tickets page to enter your ticket ID number. This number is typically found underneath the barcode you may have received in your email confirmation. You can link up to five tickets at a time using this process.
You can also use the
official Disneyland mobile app to link tickets. Just select the ☰ on the app home screen and then tap the "Tickets and Passes" icon. You'll notice an option to
Link Tickets and Passes in the top right corner. If you don't see this right away, tap the (+) symbol to expand these menu options. Then you can either use your smartphone or mobile device camera to scan the barcode or QR code from your email confirmation, or manually enter the ticket ID number to link your tickets!
If neither of these strategies is working for you, my recommendation is to
call the Tickets line and speak to a Cast Member by phone who can help you troubleshoot further. I've always received such wonderful help from them when I have technology-related issues!
