We bought our tickets before the booking system and it won’t let us book the day we will be available to enter the park. But if we buy a one day ticket and book direct from purchase it will let us select the date we will be available for entry. Please help

    Hi Lacey,

Thank you for bringing your question to planDisney. It sounds like you’re in a tiny bit of a pickle, but hopefully, I can help you figure out what is going on.

If you have a ticket and now need to secure a theme park reservation, the system may not be allowing you to move forward for one of the following reasons:

    - Disneyland Resort tickets use a tier system, with only one ticket (Tier 6) not having any blackout dates. The ticket you have may be blacked out on the day you wish to visit. You can verify the blackout dates on the Ticket Tier page.
    - Since you purchased your ticket before the ticket reservation system was created, it is possible your ticket expired. If the ticket is expired, you may contact a Cast Member to have your expired ticket applied toward purchasing a new ticket.

Best of luck with your reservations. If you come in May, make sure to swing by Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. May has become a celebratory month for Star Wars fans because of “May the Fourth Be With You” Day, and I cannot imagine a better place to be than Batuu!

May the force be with you,
    Lola
