Hi, I bought tickets back November of 2019. Due to Covid my trip was canceled. I'd like to rebook but want to see what my options are for adding on and rebooking.

Hi there, Concetta! Greetings from everyone here at planDisney! We appreciate you taking the time to reach out and asking an excellent Walt Disney World Resort vacation question!

With the chaos of the previous year, many Guests have had to alter or cancel their vacations to Walt Disney World Resort. Fortunately, though, the cancellation policy has been incredibly flexible during these circumstances and has encouraged the safety of Guests above everything else!

You will be happy to hear that your theme park tickets do not depreciate in value and may be used for your upcoming visit! With this in mind, you will only need to book your accommodations for your stay. This can either be done online or by contacting the Disney Resort Hotel Reservations phone line. If you choose to book online, I would highly recommend looking over the “Special Offers, Deals, & Discounts” webpage for current offers. This is an excellent way to save money while planning your dream vacation! If you intend on re-booking over the phone, Cast Members will also have access to these deals and can walk you through the best ones that apply to your travel dates.

Also, if you haven’t heard yet, you will need theme park reservations prior to entering any of the theme parks during your visit. This is a new step that may be different from the last time you visited so it is quite important to keep in mind! Reservations can be made through the Disney Park Pass system as soon as you have attached theme park tickets to your My Disney Experience account. If you would like to check availability prior to creating your reservations, you may do so through the Theme Park Reservation Availability Calendar online.

Best of luck as you continue to plan your upcoming visit to Walt Disney World Resort this May! Be sure to let us know if we can assist with planning any other portion of your vacation!
