Hi there, Shannon, and welcome to planDisney!
It's a pleasure to see you joining us here and thanks for asking your question! Sounds like you have a rather large group about to visit the Disneyland Resort later this Spring. It's very important to make sure that everyone in your party has a
Theme Park Ticket along with a valid reservation, so let's see what we can do.
The most common issue I've experienced is a Guest attempting to make reservations for their visit when they unknowingly already have reservations in place. In that case, the system will not allow you to make another set of reservations and it will appear as if those dates are unavailable. When you purchase your tickets from the
Disneyland website, reservations are automatically made for you when you select your dates. You can easily check this by clicking "Make or Modify Reservations" from the
Ticket and Reservation Details page. If you see your dates there along with everyone in your group, you're all set! This is the same procedure for making reservations, so if don't see any reservations, click on "Book Theme Park Reservation" to try and secure your dates.
If you purchased your tickets from a third party site, you might have to link them to your account in order to access reservations. From the Disneyland website, pull down the menu under "My Disneyland" and select "Link Tickets." You'll need to enter each ticket ID number to link it to your account. If you still are unable to make reservations, I would recommend contacting a Cast Member at the
Tickets Help Line.
I hope you pack your appetite for your visit because the
Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival will be going on at that time! Keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog for the Foodie Guide and consider purchasing a Sip and Savor Pass so you get a chance to sample a variety of dishes. And during the Festival, the much beloved original
Soarin' Over California will be playing, so don't miss that!
Fun Fact: the music of Soarin' Over California was composed by the late Jerry Goldsmith who also composed the music for the animated version of Mulan, along with numerous other Hollywood blockbusters.
Shannon, I hope that you are able to use the information in this response and that you have no further issues in planning your visit! We'd love to hear from you again, so please drop by if you have any more questions. We'll see ya real soon!
Wishing You a Great, Big, Beautiful Tomorrow!
