Hi, Diane! Thank you for taking the time to send in your question to planDisney. A vacation with your grandchildren is a wonderful way to bond with them and create lasting memories. I'm excited for you to see this magical place through their eyes!
If you decide you only want to use two of your 3-Day Park Hopper tickets, that is perfectly fine! According to
Disney's eTicket Terms & Conditions, theme park tickets are non-refundable, and your multi-day tickets will expire 13 days after first use. So, just know that Disney cannot refund that remaining day's ticket if it is not used in that timeframe.
However, you may want to consider visiting
Disney California Adventure Park, Diane, even if it's only for a couple of hours (don't forget to make your
Theme Park Reservation). There are so many fun things to see and do, but I recommend picking just one or two. Here are my favorites:
1. The
2022 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival runs through April 26. Children aged 3-11 are invited to participate in cupcake decorating three times a day during "Alice's Wonderland Bakery Unbirthday Show." This would be fun for the grandkids!
2. The original
Soarin' Over California is back for a limited time during the Food & Wine Festival.
3.
Radiator Springs Racers is an outdoor car race through an impressive red-rock desert landscape with characters from the movie Cars. It reminds me so much of the Grand Canyon State, where I once lived!
4. Draw your very own character sketch under the guidance of a talented animator at the
Animation Academy.
5.
World of Color returns on April 22- tomorrow! This nighttime show is fantastic! You can rest during the day and head to the park in the evening to watch the show at 9:00 PM.
I hope you have a magical time with your family this week, Diane, and give Mickey a great big hug for me!
