    Hi, I bought the socal 3 day passes for my son and I. We have already used two of the 3 days. Is there any way to put money from the passes towards magic keys even though we've used two days?

    I'm so glad you're back! As a SoCal resident, the special resident ticket offer is a great way to enjoy the magic before June! I love that you're hoping to extend your time visiting the Disneyland Resort with a Magic Key, and I'm happy to help you take those steps.

    Upgrading an eligible ticket to a Magic Key is possible, as long as Magic Key sales are active. Great news - at this time, Magic Key passes are still available for purchase and you can upgrade from within your app. Check out the Magic Key Buying Guide to show the different pass types, all the benefits, and additional tips for your purchase. With a multi-day ticket, you can upgrade up to midnight on the last day of your reservation date or the last valid day of the ticket. In my experience, we've always upgraded right in the app. Make sure your ticket is linked and you're logged into the Disneyland app. Navigate to Tickets and Passes and the option to upgrade should be under the eligible tickets. As a California resident, if your address is accurate in your Disney account, the option to pay monthly payments should also populate when you go to checkout. The value of your ticket will go towards the down payment of the ticket if you choose monthly payments or towards the full balance. You'll pay the first month or the remaining balance at the time of purchase.

    I'm so excited for you and your son! There is so much happening in 2024, we are just getting started. In just a few days Star Wars Season of the Force begins (April 5 - Jun 2), followed by Pixar Fest (April 26 - August 4). Later this year we'll be able to experience Tiana's Bayou Adventure, which is what I am probably most excited about, besides the holiday season with snow on Main Street, U.S.A.! I hope all this information helps you upgrade your magic, Meredith! Since we don't know how long Magic Key passes are available for sale, I recommend upgrading sooner rather than later.
