Hello Elliot, and welcome to planDisney! I am happy to assist you with your ticket question.
It sounds like you have purchased multi-day theme park tickets.
Walt Disney World theme park tickets are non-refundable. Any admissions not redeemed within the
valid usage dates will expire. It is not possible to get a partial refund for any admission days you do not use.
You can apply the cost of a fully unused ticket to the purchase of a new ticket. If purchasing a higher-priced ticket, you will be responsible for the difference in price. No refunds are given when choosing a lower-priced ticket. You can play around with your options by choosing "Change Ticket" in your
My Disney Experience account. Keep in mind that not all tickets can be modified online or in the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you do not see this option, stop by
Guest Relations in the theme parks or the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs to ask about your options.
Even if you don't have a full day to spend to use the last day of admission on your ticket, I think there is still value in using that admission for a partial day if possible. You might like to head to a park in the evening to enjoy a
nighttime spectacular, or perhaps you can spend a few hours of magic on your departure day.
Elliot, if I misunderstood your situation or what you were asking, please feel free to write us back. We are always happy to help.
Anne Marie
