Thanks for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Teresa!
Although
Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park tickets and
Annual Passes are nontransferable, if you have an unused ticket or Annual Pass, you should be able to reassign it to someone else on your My Disney Experience
Family & Friends list.
When you log into your
My Disney Experience account online or via your
My Disney Experience mobile app, go to the “Tickets and Passes” section of your profile. If your Annual Pass is eligible for reassignment, you should see a button that says “Reassign Ticket.” Click that button and then choose the name of the person to whom you’d like to reassign it. Should you run into any issues, reach out to a Cast Member at the Walt Disney World Resort
Annual Passholders helpline for further assistance.
Please keep in mind that if your granddaughter is over the age of 18, she will need to present
Proof of Florida Residence if you purchased the Annual Pass using your
Florida Resident discount. She may also need to present a photo ID in order to activate the Annual Pass prior to entering the Theme Parks for the first time. Check out the
Frequently Asked Questions for more information about activation.
In the meantime, please let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with, Teresa. We’re always happy to help!
