    I bought a shirt at Epcot as a Christmas gift, but it is too small. What is the return policy? Can I mail it somewhere and receive a credit? I have the receipt.

    A wonderful part of a Disney vacation is purchasing souvenirs and mementos to commemorate that special time!  Sometimes, however, those mementos may not be the perfect fit for our family and friends.  In this case, Disney Parks is willing to help guests when a return in necessary.

    Should you need to return an item or exchange an item, and a return to Walt Disney World is not in the immediate future, guests are recommended to contact Guest Services at 1-877-560-6477 or email them at wdw.mail.order@disneyworld.com,  They will be able to provide you with information on processing your return.
