Hi Leigh Ann! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
Disney PhotoPass service allows Guests to capture magical vacation memories. Disney PhotoPass service is available on select rides and attractions, certain character greeting and dining locations, at
Disney PhotoPass Studios, and with Disney PhotoPass photographers throughout Walt Disney World Resort. This service is complimentary; all Guests are welcome to capture as many photos as they like.
There are several ways to purchase your photos. Photo products such as magnets, mugs, and prints are available to order through the
Disney PhotoPass website. Guests may also purchase downloads of their photos, either by purchasing downloads of individual photos or by purchasing a
download package called
Memory Maker. Memory Maker allows the owner to download
all their Disney PhotoPass photos
captured within the Memory Maker window, as well as
photos of up to 25 members on their Family & Friends list. Once downloaded, the photos are yours to share or print however you like (for personal, non-commercial use.) Be sure to
download your photos before they expire, currently 45 days after the date on which they were captured.
Leigh Ann, I have no way of knowing what PhotoPass product you may have purchased, but I am guessing perhaps you already did buy Memory Maker. If you made your purchase online while signed in to your Disney account, Memory Maker should already be linked and you will be able to see your Memory Maker entitlement under "Tickets & Memory Maker" when viewing "My Plans" on the
My Disney Experience website. If you purchased Memory Maker in person, it may need to be
linked to your account.
If you have purchased a different PhotoPass product or have further questions about
Disney PhotoPass service or
Memory Maker, please visit the Moms Panel again or
give the Disney PhotoPass line a call at (407) 560-4300.
