I sometimes have issues linking my vacation elements when I use the My Disney Experience app on my smartphone. I suggest
using this link to add your theme park tickets to your account. I really like it, because I can use it to link my tickets, Disney Resort Collection hotel information and even dining reservations by following the easy instructions on each section.
If you have more than one
My Disney Experience account, you may want to check on the other accounts that you could be linked to. If have booked your vacation with a
travel agent in Argentina, it could be helpful to reach out to them so they can help add your vacation information to your My Disney Experience account.
Cecilia Adriana, if you’re still unable to link your tickets to your account to make your
Disney Park Pass reservations, please reach out to a Cast Member by calling (011) 5354-8119. You can also
send the resort an email explaining the issue and a Cast Member will get back to you.
