Hello there Leslie,
Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you stopped by with your question, and I'm happy to see that you have a trip coming up soon to the Disneyland Resort!
Typically, when you purchase
theme park tickets through the Disneyland Resort website and are planning to visit within the window to make
theme park reservations then you'll be able to make those reservations as part of the purchase process.
The first thing I would check to see if those reservations were made is the
My Plans hub on the Disneyland Resort website. This is a really great spot where you can see a breakdown of all the reservations you've made for your upcoming trip in one place and should be able to see if those theme park reservations were actually made. If not, you should be able to click on the blue circle for theme park reservations and it'll walk you through the process.
As of the time that I'm answering your question, the
Theme Park Reservation Calendar is showing available reservations for both parks on your arrival date of October 28. This means that, even if our friend Wreck-It Ralph accidentally broke the internet and your theme park reservations were not made during the ticket purchase process, you should be able to make those reservations now through the My Plans section of the Disneyland Resort website.
If you're still running into issues, I would recommend
reaching out to a Cast Member at the tickets line. They should be able to see the specifics of your situation and walk you through how you can make those reservations!
Thanks again for your question, Leslie! I hope you enjoy your time at the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
