Will reservations be needed to enter the parks in 2024?

    Hi Mariana! Welcome to planDisney!

I'm excited to hear you'll be visiting the Disneyland Resort early next year! There is nothing quite like looking forward to a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth! Now is the perfect time to start planning for your stay! With everything that goes into the planning process, getting a head start is the key to a successful trip!

At this time, theme park reservations will still be required in 2024. There has not been any announcement yet about a change to the current system. In order to access the parks, you'll need a valid theme park ticket and park reservation for each day of your stay. The best place to stay up to date with any news and announcements is by following along with the Disney Parks Blog. This website will help provide much needed information for many aspects of your Disneyland Resort stay.

Mariana, if you're traveling with little ones, I suggest spending some time in the newly reimagined Mickey's Toontown at Disneyland Park. Mickey & Minnie’s Runaway Railway has also opened inside this land and has quickly become a favorite of my daughters. They love the theming of this attraction and it begins the moment you enter the queue. Tiana's Palace also recently opened in New Orleans Square and is home to many of Tiana's delicious creations. Her House-filled Beignets are worth the visit there alone!

I hope you have a magical time, Mariana! Stop back and see us again at planDisney!

    See ya real soon!
