I bought a park hopper ticket but selected the ages 3-9 instead of the adult. Is there anyway I can swap this and pay the difference if needed. I just bought them on Thursday.

Greetings, Mackenzie, and welcome to planDisney! I'm SO excited your Walt Disney World Resort vacation is coming up in a few days. Are your Minnie ears packed? Mine would be! It sounds like you need to resolve a theme park ticket issue, so let's look at some ways to take care of it.

I chatted with a friendly Cast Member named Gorman, who said you have a couple of options for changing that child's ticket to an adult one. First, you can call the Tickets and Hotel Reservations line at the number listed on the Help Center page. They'll ask for the email address associated with your My Disney Experience account so they can see which admission you have. I also recommend having your payment method handy to pay the difference for the adult ticket. Those helpful folks should be able to take care of you lickety-split!

If you're already onsite or on your way, you can also stop by any Guest Relations location for help changing that ticket. I like taking care of issues like this at the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs, mainly because it means I can stop by Gideon's Bakehouse for a delicious Peanut Butter Crunch cookie! You can also ask for help at any ticket window at the theme park entrances.

Mackenzie, we all make mistakes like this, especially online. The big cheese, Mickey, doesn't mind helping guests straighten out their problems, so you're in good hands...big, white-gloved hands! Have a fantastic visit and stop by planDisney anytime.

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
