I bought a package that was supposed to include a $30 gift card for each member of our party. Where will I see those appear, and when?

Hi Marty!  Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

It sounds like you were able to take advantage of the limited-time “Gift of Magic” offer for stays in early 2020.  Although this special offer is no longer available to book, I was able to look up the details.  Guests who added a 6-day or longer theme park ticket to their vacation package were eligible to receive a $30 Disney Gift Card for each Guest (age 3 and older) on the package.  If you complete the Online Check-In in advance, the Disney Gift Card(s) will be emailed to you on the day of your arrival.  You can "Start Check-In" or "Update Check-In" under "My Plans" in your My Disney Experience account online or on the home page of the My Disney Experience mobile app.  If you do not complete Online Check-In prior to arriving, it is my understanding that you can provide your email address to the Front Desk of your Disney Resort Hotel at check-in to receive your Disney Gift Cards.

I hope that helps!  Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation.  Have a wonderful stay!
