Hi Marty! Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.
It sounds like you were able to take advantage of the limited-time “Gift of Magic” offer for stays in early 2020. Although this
special offer is no longer available to book, I was able to look up the details. Guests who added a 6-day or longer
theme park ticket to their vacation package were eligible to receive a $30
Disney Gift Card for each Guest (age 3 and older) on the package. If you complete the
Online Check-In in advance, the Disney Gift Card(s) will be emailed to you on the day of your arrival. You can "Start Check-In" or "Update Check-In" under "My Plans" in your
My Disney Experience account online or on the home page of the
My Disney Experience mobile app. If you do not complete Online Check-In prior to arriving, it is my understanding that you can provide your email address to the
Front Desk of your
Disney Resort Hotel at check-in to receive your Disney Gift Cards.
I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any additional questions as you prepare for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Have a wonderful stay!
Anne Marie
