    I bought a package over the phone for Aug 18,19,20 2 adults 2 children for the Wilderness Lodge and 4 Theme parks. Do I receive my tickets for the theme parks in the mail, or when I check in at the hotel?

    I'm assuming you reserved your room as part of a Magic Your Package that included the room and park tickets. If this is the case, you will receive your park tickets when you check into your hotel, not in the mail. The park passes will be computer encoded into your Key to the World Card, which also functions as your room key. Everything you need will be on the one handy card that you'll get when you arrive.
