If I bought a one day ticket with water parks and hopper attached, can I use the water park option the day before I actually go to the park that has a reservation?

Welcome to planDisney, Sheila, and I can tell the line where the sky meets the sea is calling you! Visiting Walt Disney World Resort is even more fun with the Park Hopper Plus Option because you can enjoy time at various theme parks and a water park. Let's look at how that ticket will work on your upcoming visit.

I'm happy to say you'll have a two-day validity window with your one-day Park Hopper Plus ticket. You'll specify your start date when you purchase online, and you can use either the theme park ticket or the water park ticket on the first day. You'll go to the other on the second day.

For example, if you choose October 28 when placing your ticket order on the website, you'll see a note that your ticket will be valid from October 28 to October 29. So you can go to a water park on the 28th and the theme parks on the 29th, and vice versa.

Remember that you'll need a Theme Park Reservation for the park where you'd like to start, so book that and enjoy that park until 2:00 PM. After 2:00, you can head to as many of the four theme parks as you'd like. You won't need a park reservation for your day at the water park.

Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park is currently open, and Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park will open in early November. So, depending on your exact dates, you might be braving a wacky tropical storm at Typhoon Lagoon or singing holiday songs in your swimsuit at Blizzard Beach!

Sheila, I hope your upcoming visit is a blast. Like Moana, you never know how far you'll go. Please stop by planDisney anytime. You're welcome!

    Magic awaits,
    Elaine
