At this time,
Walt Disney World Resort continues to honor tickets purchased with the
No Expiration Option. There are a few options for determining how many days remain on the ticket. The first would be to call the
Help Center and request that a Cast Member assist you with an existing ticket. Another option would be to email
ticket.usage@disneyworld.com with your ticket information. A third would be to visit a
Guest Relations desk at one of the theme parks or
Disney Springs.
Additionally, you could attempt linking your ticket to your
My Disney Experience account. On the web version, simply click the dropdown menu and select "My Plans." From there, choose "Add More Plans" and then "Link Purchases and Reservations." Take a look at the sample tickets available to see if yours is similar, and then input the requested numbers to link the ticket. At that point, you should be able to enter the "Ticket & Passes" section to see the available days on your ticket. If you experience any difficulty, I recommend contacting a Cast Member by phone or email.
