Hi Dede, welcome to planDisney!
With a heart full of gratitude, thank you for the service that qualifies you for
Disney Military Salute Tickets. I have my father-in-law's service to thank for the Disney Military Salute Tickets currently linked to my My Disney Experience account. I hope my recent experience linking these star-spangled tickets in My Disney Experience helps shed some light on your current Stitch-uation.
My mother-in-law purchased 6 Disney Military Salute Tickets at our closest base ticket office. I entered the 12-character alphanumeric code found on the paper confirmation document into
My Disney Experience. I then selected names from a dropdown list to link all 6 tickets to myself and/or members of my
Family & Friends list. That's right, I linked all 6 tickets with one confirmation number and I could not finalize my selections until each ticket was linked to an individual. After linking, my tickets automagically appeared in my
My Disney Experience account, which allowed me to make
theme park reservations for everyone.
I understand you've successfully linked at least three Disney Military Salute Tickets in My Disney Experience, Dede. Well done! Take a look at the
Tickets, Passes & Memory Maker tab of your My Disney Experience account to make sure the other two aren't somehow already linked, as well. If they are, you can use the Reassign Ticket dropdown menu to transfer the remaining two tickets to the other adults in your party. Just make sure you are connected as Family & Friends first. If you are, instead, linking each ticket using a unique ticket number, my best tip is to contact a helpful Cast Member at the
Existing Tickets number between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. ET for assistance. They can lay eyes on your specific situation and melt your troubles away. If applicable, I recommend having the email addresses associated with the other adults' My Disney Experience accounts on hand.
As a reminder, Disney Military Salute tickets purchased on base must be activated before use. My family likes to activate our tickets at the
Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs; you can also activate your tickets at a
Guest Relations window located outside of any theme park. Valid military ID must be shown and all members of your party should be present. While activating your tickets, I highly recommend purchasing
Memory Maker for a special price offered to Eligible Military Members.
Another great thing about Disney Military Salute tickets is that they include the Park Hopper Option. Beginning January 9, 2024, you can park hop to any theme park during the theme park's operating hours. Just make sure you
tap in at the theme park to which you have a theme park reservation first.
Please don't hesitate to reach out to me
directly with any follow-up questions, Dede. Wishing you and your family happy holidays and a magical new year!
With gratitude,
Jennifer
