Hi Dylan,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry to hear your
Disney PhotoPass pictures are still appearing with a watermark in your
My Disney Experience Account. Sometimes technology has a mind of its own, but hopefully, it will be a quick resolution!
I have the
Disney PhotoPass Downloads add-on for my Annual Pass but in the past, I've waited until I had a few photos captured in the parks to decide before making the
Memory Maker One Day purchase. When ready to purchase I simply clicked on an individual photo right from the
My Disney Experience Mobile App and then followed the prompts below it to complete the transaction. I'm guessing you've already completed this step and as such, should be able to download all the photos and videos captured on that day without a watermark. Keep in mind that if you were not signed into your My Disney Experience Account when you purchased Memory Maker One Day, or if you purchased in person at the parks, you'll need to make sure it's
linked to your account.
If you've verified all this and your photos are still showing watermarks I'd recommend reaching out to a member of the Disney PhotoPass team for assistance. There is usually no waiting period to view and download photos once purchased, so there may be a technical issue that needs to be corrected on the back end. You can
contact them online here or
call them at the number listed on this page for further assistance. I'd recommend reaching out as soon as possible as
photos will expire 45 days from the date of capture.
I hope you'll be able to access your photos without any further delay. If we can answer any additional questions in the meantime please don't hesitate to come back to planDisney and let us know.
Magic and memories,
Amy
